Working principle
The cooler consists of the induced draft fan, cooling core (heat exchange element is finned tube, cooling water flows through the tube, and hot air flows out of the finned tube), filter, fume hood and other main components. Working process: The hot air emitted by the motor enters the cabinet, passes through the filter, cools the cooling core, and is then sent into the interior of the motor by the fan to cool the motor, forming a closed circulation system.
characteristic
No contact thermal resistance, high heat transfer efficiency, fins can be made of copper or aluminum, easy to clean, not prone to scaling, small product size, strong anti-corrosion performance, and light weight.
scope of application
Mainly used for circulating cooling of generators/In the case of electric motors with hot air.
